\nWe’re looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join our forward-thinking Finance team and play a key role in supporting decision-making across the College.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to combine your technical expertise with real influence, working closely with senior leaders to turn financial data into meaningful insight that drives performance and supports our mission.
\nWhat you’ll be doing
\nIn this varied and high-impact role, you will:

- Partner with Directors and budget holders to support financial planning and decision-making \n
- Produce monthly management accounts with clear analysis and insight \n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning \n
- Provide financial modelling, business cases, and scenario analysis \n
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance \n
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance \n
- Translate complex financial information into clear, practical advice for non-finance colleagues \n
What we’re looking for
\nWe’re looking for someone who can combine strong financial skills with the ability to influence and add value.
\nYou will bring:
\n- \n
- Experience in management accounting or finance business partnering \n
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA) or working towards \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly \n
- Confidence working with non-finance stakeholders \n
- Excellent Excel skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach \n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
