Production Manager Eastleigh/Southampton | Up to £60,000 + 5% Bonus A leading global engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join its Eastleigh/Southampton site in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of Production. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production planning, capacity management and team performance. You'll lead a Production Team Leader and oversee a team of 10-20 skilled employees, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The Role\n

• Lead production planning and capacity management

• Manage labour, budgets and production schedules
\n
• Coach and develop production teams
\n
• Drive continuous improvement across the shop floor
\n
• Work closely with Engineering and Procurement
\n

About You\n

\n
• 5+ years' Production Management experience
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills
\n
• Manufacturing background (any industry)
\n
• Experience with production planning, capacity and budgets
\n
