Maintenance & Facilities Manager Location: Buckingham Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: £40,000 – £42,500 DOE Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on developing teams and driving high standards? We're recruiting a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a small team across a multi-site operation. This is a varied, site-based role where you'll spend time coaching your team, improving processes, carrying out inspections and driving a proactive maintenance culture. Drive preventative maintenance and high standards. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance. Carry out regular site inspections. Improve processes and operational efficiency. Champion health & safety and compliance. Build strong relationships across the business. About You Maintenance leadership experience. Strong facilities, commercial or industrial maintenance background. Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience. A proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
