Job Description
An established engineering consultancy based in Gorseinon, Swansea is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days per week from our office.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager who enjoys a varied role and can confidently manage day-to-day operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Managing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining relevant documentation.

Overseeing ISO compliance and supporting quality management systems.
\n - \n
Bookkeeping and financial administration.
\n - \n
Maintaining and updating SharePoint.
\n - \n
Creating and updating social media content.
\n - \n
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and business operations.
\n - \n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensure compliance across the organisation.

The ideal Operations Manager will have:

Previous experience in a similar operational or office management role.
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and ISO management systems.
\n - \n
Bookkeeping experience.
\n - \n
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
\n - \n
Experience managing business social media platforms.
\n - \n
The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and use their own initiative.

Excellent organisational and communication skills with a professional approach.
