Executive Assistant – Investment BankSalary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE Location: West End Working pattern: 5 days office-based Our client, a prestigious global investment bank specialising in M&A and private capital advisory services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their London office. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a career at a premier advisory firm, working directly alongside investment bankers with firsthand exposure to the deal process from pitch to close.The RoleYou will become the central point of communication for a team of investment bankers, keeping the team organised and running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:\n

  • Acting as the central communication hub between bankers and the wider firm
  • \n
  • Managing complex calendars for multiple executives, prioritising and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • \n
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • \n
  • Preparing accurate, timely expense reports and maintaining CRM records
  • \n
  • Planning and executing meeting and conference logistics (room bookings, catering, AV)
  • \n
  • Working closely with Operating Support Staff and the wider team
  • \n
What We're Looking For:\n
    \n
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar EA/PA role
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
  • \n
  • Confident managing heavy calendar and inbox responsibilities
  • \n
  • PowerPoint formatting/editing skills using templates
  • \n
  • Excel formula capability desirable
  • \n
  • Experience in finance or professional services a plus, but not essential
  • \n
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and a strong communicator
  • \n
