FP&A Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits Location: Hybrid WorkingThe Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed market leader that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:\n

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • \n
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • \n
  • Producing board-level reporting and executive presentations
  • \n
  • Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processes
  • \n
  • Supporting commercial performance reviews and KPI development
  • \n
  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • \n
  • Supporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projects
  • \n
  • Providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • \n
The Candidate We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and can confidently influence senior stakeholders. You will ideally possess:\n

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • \n
  • Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
  • \n
  • Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment
  • \n
  • A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • \n
  • The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • \n
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement
  • \n
