FP&A Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits Location: Hybrid WorkingThe Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed market leader that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:\n

- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes \n
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making \n
- Producing board-level reporting and executive presentations \n
- Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processes \n
- Supporting commercial performance reviews and KPI development \n
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks \n
- Supporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projects \n
- Providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders \n

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification \n
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience \n
- Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment \n
- A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses \n
- Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities \n
- The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail \n
- A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement \n
