\nWhat You’ll Be Doing as an Enrolment Specialist
\nAs the successful Enrolment Specialist, you will:

- Call and engage eligible patients, providing clarity on how the remote monitoring service works \n
- Build trust, answer questions, and reassure patients who may feel anxious or unsure \n
- Guide patients through onboarding including login, consent and initial questionnaires \n
- Support patients who are considering leaving the programme and reduce churn through confident, empathetic conversations \n
- Use internal platforms to record all interactions accurately \n
- Support other teams when required \n
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture with visibility of results on a team leaderboard \n
What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- Current clean DBS certificate \n
- Fluent written and spoken English \n
- Warm, patient and reassuring communication style \n
- Ability to calm and motivate patients, including those less comfortable with technology \n
- Resilience and determination & comfortable with high-volume calling \n
- Strong organisational skills and accurate record-keeping \n
- Experience using CRM or support tools \n
- Motivation to work towards KPIs and performance incentives \n
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and shifts between 8am–8pm \n
