\nWhether you already have experience in care or are looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you. If you have the right attitude, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
\nYour responsibilities may include:
\n- \n
- Supporting people with everyday living activities \n
- Encouraging independence and building confidence \n
- Assisting with shopping, cooking and household tasks \n
- Planning and coordinating recreational activities, including cinema, theme park and other trips/activities \n
- Supporting individuals to access community activities, appointments and social events \n
- Providing personal care where required \n
- Promoting dignity, choice and respect at all times \n
- Maintaining accurate records and following individual support plans \n
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals \n
About You
\nWe're looking for people who are:

- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn \n
- Good communicators with a friendly approach \n
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Flexible to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays \n
Previous experience in care, support work or a similar role is beneficial but not essential. We're equally keen to hear from people looking to start a rewarding career where they can make a positive impact every day.
\nA full UK driving licence would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
