Our client is one of the City of London's most respected and long-established Wealth Management firms. Having partnered with them for over 10 years and successfully placed nearly 60 professionals into the business, we know them as a firm that offers genuine career progression, development and long-term opportunity.

Following an internal promotion within their Financial Administration team, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Administrator who is keen to develop their career and progress into a Paraplanning role.

\n

This is an ideal opportunity for either a graduate with Wealth Management internship experience or a Financial Administrator with up to 1 year’s practical experience who is looking to build their technical knowledge within a supportive and professional environment.

\n

The Role

\n

Working within a close-knit and highly supportive team, you will provide essential administrative support to a team of experienced Financial Advisers, working closely alongside Paraplanners and gaining valuable exposure to the full financial planning process.

Your responsibilities will include:

    \n
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • \n
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of client documentation.
  • \n
  • Supporting the end-to-end client journey.
  • \n
  • Building your technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning.
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, providers and internal teams.
  • \n
  • Developing the skills and experience required to progress into Paraplanning.
  • \n

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 6 months' practical experience within Financial Services (Financial Administration experience or Wealth Management internship).

  • A genuine interest in developing a career within Wealth Management and Paraplanning.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • \n
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • \n
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • \n
