\nThe successful IFA Administrator will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth administration of client cases from start to finish. \nKey Responsibilities:
\nAs an IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Providing exceptional administrative support to Financial Advisers. \n
- Managing client enquiries professionally and delivering an excellent client experience. \n
- Arranging client meetings and maintaining adviser diaries. \n
- Preparing documentation and meeting packs. \n
- Keeping clients updated throughout the advice process. \n
- Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) from start to finish. \n
- Ensuring post-meeting administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. \n
- Maintaining back-office systems and keeping client records up to date. \n
- Producing suitability letters for straightforward transactions, including post-meeting reports, ISA and fund switch documentation. \n
What We're Looking For:
\nThe ideal IFA Administrator will have:
\n- \n
- At least 2 years' experience in a Financial Services administration role. \n
- A good understanding of the financial planning and advice process. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- Excellent customer service skills. \n
- A collaborative approach and strong team-working ability. \n
- A flexible, proactive attitude. \n
Desirable Skills:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working as an IFA Administrator within an Independent Financial Adviser practice. \n
- Experience using financial services back-office systems. \n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. \n
- Experience preparing client documentation and supporting advisers throughout the advice journey. \n
- Understanding of industry-specific software and financial planning processes. \n
