Sales Negotiator

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a permanent Sales Negotiator for our prestigious client based in Erith.

Job role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a small team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner. Maximising the margins generated from every customer opportunity using a combination of upselling, account management, new customer acquisition and cross selling.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle sales calls to existing customer base with the specific aim of cross selling other products, matching customers current and potential future needs.
\n
• Researching, making contact and gaining new customers.
\n
• Acquiring new customers via referrals from the existing customer base.
\n
• Dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner, maximising customer retention and exceeding customers expectation of service.
\n
• Identifying all correct customer needs and investigating future potential needs through effective accounts management.
\n
• Log and provide an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information.
\n
• Ensure all complaints are handled in a polite and professional manner and are appropriately logged into the complaints system.
\n
• Ensure all calls comply in accordance to the company standard including data protection, domestic pricing and the company sales approach.
\n
• Recording all customer interactions in line with the company guidelines and standards.
\n
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.
\n
• Identifying gaps in knowledge and proactively seeking out resources to learn.
\n
• Using IT systems effectively to maximise efficiency.
\n
• Reporting to the sales manager.
\n
• Adhering to Health, Safety and environmental policy.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience in Sales, account management or customer-facing roles.
\n
• A strong understanding of Excel and Outlook.
\n
• Attention to detail and highly motivated.
\n
• Ability to problem solve.
\n

Due to the requirements of the role candidates must have their own transport.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
