- Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing tenancy and housing management support. \n
- Carry out regular wellbeing contacts and identify when additional support or external referrals may be required. \n
- Support tenancy sustainment, customer inductions, property viewings and void management. \n
- Conduct routine health & safety inspections, fire safety checks, Legionella monitoring and risk assessments. \n
- Ensure communal areas remain safe, compliant and well maintained. \n
- Coordinate contractors, monitor repairs and ensure works are completed to a high standard. \n
- Respond appropriately to emergency social alarm activations and resident welfare concerns. \n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completed promptly. \n
- Promote resident engagement and support community activities across schemes. \n
- Travel between multiple independent living schemes within the local area. \n

- Experience within housing management or a similar customer-focused housing environment. \n
- Knowledge of housing compliance, repairs, health & safety and risk management. \n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Confidence using IT systems to maintain accurate records. \n
- The ability to manage your own workload and work independently across multiple sites. \n
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional and empathetic approach. \n
- \n
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. \n
- Ability to travel between schemes located within approximately 20 minutes of Bordon. \n
- Immediate availability (this role cannot accommodate a notice period). \n
- Willingness to work independently and provide occasional out-of-hours support in emergency situations. \n
- Enhanced DBS check. \n
