Location: Croydon

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a one hour lunch break

Role Overview

My client is looking for a Concierge that can ensure the smooth operation of a large residential development with amenity space. The Concierge will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to the residents and client, and that legislative and regulatory and best practice requirements are met. The Concierge is not responsible for the health and wellbeing of the residents or for the upkeep of the individual demised properties.

Role Responsibilities

• The Concierge will be on duty in the Reception Area / Concierge Office to be available to residents to deal with non-urgent matters

• Provide residents with a first point of contact
\n
• Ensure the Reception area is kept clean, tidy and free of litter
\n
• Receive and safely onward deliver residents’ parcels and packages
\n
• Monitor CCTV as directe
\n
• Carry out functional testing of building systems as required
\n
• The Concierge must report in writing any maintenance issues advised by residents to the Manager
\n
• The Concierge will contribute to a general daily diary electronically.
\n
• The Concierge is required to oversee the behavior of any contractors.
\n
• Regular duties will include weekly testing of the fire alarm, fire extinguishers, Automatic Opening Ventilator (AOV, emergency lights, water outlet flushing, water temperatures and lift operational checks.
