Sales Operations AssociateLocation: City of LondonSalary: £26,000 - £30,000Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day from homeMorgan Spencer Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing recruitment business to recruit a Sales Operations Associate.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing recruitment company in a pivotal operational role, supporting the sales function through reporting, CRM management, data analysis and process improvement. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business has accurate commercial insights and efficient operational processes that enable consultants to perform at their best.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and people, and is looking to build a long-term career within Sales Operations, Recruitment Operations or Commercial Operations.Key responsibilities include:\n

  • Producing regular sales reports, pipeline analysis and forecasting
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate data across the CRM and other business systems
  • \n
  • Supporting reporting on revenue, pipeline, activity levels, conversion rates and consultant performance
  • \n
  • Assisting with sales forecasting and commercial performance analysis
  • \n
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through sales and recruitment data
  • \n
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and management reports
  • \n
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce manual administration
  • \n
  • Supporting CRM adoption and promoting best practice across the business
  • \n
  • Assisting with onboarding and training employees on internal systems and processes
  • \n
  • Supporting business development initiatives through lead management, market research and data enrichment
  • \n
  • Liaising with third-party technology providers to support system improvements and issue resolution
  • \n
  • Providing operational support across a variety of commercial projects
  • \n
You'll be someone who is:\n
    \n
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • \n
  • Confident using CRM systems and learning new technology
  • \n
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • \n
  • Commercially minded with an interest in sales performance and business operations
  • \n
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • \n
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • \n
  • Proactive, analytical and solutions-focused
  • \n
  • Positive, collaborative and eager to learn
  • \n
Previous experience within Sales Operations, Recruitment Operations, Commercial Support, Recruitment Administration, Data Analysis or a similar operational role is highly desirable. Experience working within a recruitment business would be advantageous.What's on Offer\n
