Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Hybrid / Home-Based - £45-55k + Benefits, Camberley

Are you a part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified accountant looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a proactive Management Accountant to support this client’s Group Finance team, delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis and strong financial control.

What You'll Do

\n
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
\n
• Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
\n
• Analyse costs, margins and business performance
\n
• Lead intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
\n
• Assist with audits, statutory reporting and finance improvement projects
\n
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Sales teams to provide valuable business insight
\n

What You'll Bring

\n
• Part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
\n
• (Candidates with a strong QBE background will also be considered)
\n
• At least 3 years' experience in Management or Financial Accounting
\n
• Strong month-end, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation experience
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and a keen analytical mindset
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
\n
