ABOUT THE ROLE

We're recruiting an experienced Financial Administrator to join a growing independent financial planning firm based in beautiful countryside near Maidstone. This is a genuine career opportunity with a clear pathway to becoming a Junior Paraplanner.

You'll work across administration and paraplanning duties, supporting a small team of experienced advisers. The role offers dedicated mentorship, study support, and the chance to progress toward professional qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Client administration and case management

• Preparing financial planning documentation and suitability reports
\n
• Supporting the adviser team with research and technical queries
\n
• Database management and compliance administration
\n
• Gradually taking on paraplanning projects under supervision
\n
• Contributing to client meetings and planning sessions
\n
