Broster Buchanan are working with a large property company to recruit for a Head of Finance to be based in London on a hybrid basis.As Head of Finance you will be responsible for managing an operational accounting team and improve the day-to-day accounting processes to provide timely and accurate reporting.Key Responsibilities\n

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency

• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to improve end-to-end processes.
\n
• Mentor and support the professional development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
\n
• Design and implement effective strategies and procedures to maximise cash collection and reduce bad debt exposure.
\n
• Ensure adherence to regulations, contractual requirements and internal policies.
\n
• Support internal and external audits, maintaining strong internal controls and documentation.
\n

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA/ CIMA or ACCA with strong external stakeholder engagement skills. You will have experience in client accounting, managing a team and liaising with senior stakeholders.
