HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy warehouse based in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a full-time position within a friendly and supportive team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
\n
• Packing and wrapping goods to ensure they are securely shipped.
\n
• Unloading incoming deliveries.
\n
• Checking incoming stock and putting it away in the correct warehouse locations.
\n
• Assisting with stock management and inventory organisation.
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
\n
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
\n

Skills and Attributes

\n
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Driving license and transport is required due to location
\n
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
\n
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
\n
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
\n
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
