- Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer concerns and complex aftersales cases \n
- Manage disputes by investigating documentation, gathering evidence, and liaising with customers and internal teams \n
- Support the resolution of issues before escalation into formal disputes, complaints, or legal claims \n
- Provide paralegal-level support on legal and regulatory matters related to vehicle sales, consumer rights, and compliance obligations \n
- Assist in managing legal claims, preparing documentation, evidence packs, and correspondence \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of legal documentation, investigations, and complaint files \n
- Collaborate closely with the Legal Case Handler to ensure appropriate resolution and risk mitigation \n
- Support the business in maintaining FCA compliance and adherence to consumer protection legislation \n
- Provide operational support to senior management, including contract management, compliance processes, and project assistance \n
- Assist in reporting on operational risks, recurring issues, and case management performance \n

- Proven experience within the motor trade or automotive sector is desirable \n
- Experience in handling customer complaints, disputes, or case management \n
- Background in a legal, regulatory, compliance, or paralegal environment \n
- Knowledge of consumer protection legislation and FCA regulations (desirable) \n
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities \n
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail \n
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment \n
- Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with sensitive or complex matters \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems \n
