\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join a growing and forward-thinking business based in Northampton.
\nThis role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop a career within Financial Planning & Analysis. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you'll gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering, helping to provide valuable financial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans. \n
- Produce regular financial reports and performance dashboards. \n
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. \n
- Assist with monthly management reporting and variance analysis. \n
- Build and maintain financial models to support commercial decision-making. \n
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight. \n
- Assist with revenue, margin and cost analysis. \n
- Support investment appraisals and business case preparation. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial systems. \n
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support senior finance leaders. \n
About You
\nYou'll be analytical, commercially curious and keen to build a career within FP&A.
\nIdeally you'll have:
\n- \n
- Qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA. \n
- Experience within an analytical finance role such as Assistant Accountant, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance. \n
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data. \n
- Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business. \n
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop. \n
