Beauty Packaging Assistant

This role supports beauty packaging development with strong organisation, confident communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and global manufacturing partners. Prior beauty packaging experience is helpful but not essential.

New Product & Packaging Development Support the development of new packaging across sourcing, innovation, cost-saving initiatives, print proof approvals, and colour standards.

Artwork Approvals Review and support artwork layout approvals, ensuring accuracy against cutter guides, print specifications, certification requirements, and recycling information.

Innovation Research packaging trends and source new materials, components, finishes, and carton solutions. Maintain an organised library of samples and supplier materials.

Sustainability Assist in delivering sustainability objectives, including material reduction, improved recyclability, and increased use of post-consumer recycled content.

Documentation & Technical Briefing Prepare technical briefs, product specifications, and packaging testing requirements.

Quality & Compliance Ensure all packaging meets brand, regulatory, and quality standards.

Packaging Systems & Data Management Maintain packaging specifications, waste data, technical drawings, and artwork approvals to support compliance requirements.
