Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct diverse training sessions including classroom, practical, and on-site formats, ensuring high standards and compliance.

  • Planning & Coordination: Oversee the training calendar and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation across multiple locations.

  • Learning & Development: Design new learning programs incorporating blended learning approaches and develop career pathways for employees.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent compliance with industry standards, conduct regular audits, and update training materials as needed.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Proven experience in operational training management and team leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • \n
  • Skilled in delivering engaging training programs and developing educational materials.
  • \n
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.
  • \n

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications such as LANTRA, Train the Trainer, or Learning & Development certifications.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and managing training budgets.
