Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
\n
• Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the transaction process.
\n
• Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
\n
• NQ to 3 years of residential conveyancing experience.
\n
• Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n
