Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business on the outskirts of Ipswich in their search for a Trade Service Delivery Coordinator.This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy operations team where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of daily collections and deliveries. Working closely with the Transport Manager and drivers, you'll help deliver an efficient, responsive, and high-quality service while managing day-to-day operational activity.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily waste collections and delivery rounds Plan, schedule and optimise service routesMaintain real-time communication with drivers via Microsoft Teams and phoneWork closely with the Transport Manager to manage driver workloadsManage live service changes and resolve issuesAct as a key point of contact for driversProcess customer orders and handle service queriesLiaise with internal teams including Transport, Accounts and Site OperationsKeep CRM and systems up to dateSkills & Experience: Experience in service delivery, logistics, transport or operations coordinationExperience with WasteLogics or similar systems (advantageous)Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPlease note: Due to the location of the business, a full UK driving license and access to your own transport are essential.This role sits within the Service Delivery team, working closely with the Transport Department (drivers and fleet) and Site Operations (MRF and processing facility). The Service Delivery team acts as the central coordination function ensuring all services are delivered efficiently.During periods of BSM absence, the role will support continuity across business support and service delivery functions by assisting with day-to-day coordination, internal communication and escalation of priority matters.The salary range reflects the operational coordination responsibilities of the role, with a slightly higher upper range to recognise the additional expectation to provide Business Support Manager / Assistant Manager cover during BSM absence.
