We are working with a well-established workshop in Guildford that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales Customer Services team. • Competitive basic salary approximately £35,000 per annum, DOE

• Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm

Duties:\n

\n
• Managing workshop bookings and workflow independently
\n
• Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers
\n
• Advising customers on recommended work and scheduling services
\n
• Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims
\n
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients
\n
• Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy
\n
• Enhancing the customer experience through attentive and proactive service
\n
• Confidently handling all customer interactions independently
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Significant experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
\n
• Ability to work confidently on your own with minimal supervision
\n
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
\n
• Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
\n
• Self-motivated, proactive, and professional in approach
\n
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
\n
