A respected Legal 500 ranked regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join its established team.

You'll work alongside a highly regarded Partner on a broad range of privately funded family matters, with particular exposure to high-net-worth financial remedy cases and complex private children work.

The Opportunity

You'll manage your own caseload while working closely with senior members of the team on more complex matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
\n
• Financial remedy matters, including high-net-worth cases
\n
• Private children disputes
\n
• Cohabitation disputes
\n
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
\n
• Separation agreements
\n
• Non-molestation and occupation orders
\n
• Relocation and specific issue applications
\n

Alongside fee-earning, you'll have the opportunity to build your own profile through networking, business development and developing relationships with referrers.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Family Solicitors with approximately 4–7 years' PQE who can demonstrate:

• Solid experience handling privately funded family matters
\n
• Strong knowledge of financial remedy and children work
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
\n
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team
\n
