- Building relationships with clients and candidates \n
- Managing staffing requirements and bookings \n
- Developing new business opportunities \n
- Coordinating temporary staffing needs \n
- Maintaining compliance standards \n
- Delivering excellent customer service \n
- Achieving KPIs and targets \n
- Taking part in a shared on-call rota \n

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- A positive, driven attitude \n
- Come from Sales, Customer Service or similar \n
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment \n
- A proactive and resilient approach \n
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle \n
