Position Overview

This role is situated in an inpatient acute psychiatric unit, where you will:

• Care for 12 to 14 patients per shift
• Work with individuals experiencing anxiety, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders
• Conduct group therapy sessions and administer pharmacotherapy
• Handle involuntary commitments and have experience with restraint application
• Maintain a 4:1 ratio of follow-ups to new evaluations
• Manage an average patient length of stay of 10 days
