Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Divisional Operations Leader for our concrete precast client to start immediately up to $130K/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Divisional Operations Leader brings clarity, consistency, and accountability across operations. This role is focused on building capable teams, creating scalable processes, and strengthening operational performance through clear metrics and continuous improvement. The leader owns day-to-day execution, removes inefficiencies, and helps improve profitability while ensuring the business delivers strong results for employees, customers, and employee owners.

  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline and mid-level leaders to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning
  • Establish clear expectations and drive accountability through consistent follow-up and performance management
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Design, implement, and improve scalable systems, processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Standardize planning, scheduling, and execution across all operational functions
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce waste, rework, and operational friction
  • Develop and maintain operational scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Establish measurement systems where gaps exist and ensure consistent tracking of key performance indicators
  • Leverage data, reporting tools, and technology (including AI where applicable) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of crews and equipment
  • Align operational resources with customer demand to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience across all operations
  • Promote and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance and jobsite excellence
  • Drive quality, professionalism, and preparedness across teams
  • Improve profitability through operational efficiency, cost control, and effective resource utilization
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics to support business performance
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including labor trends, pricing, competitors, and industry changes
  • Educate teams on the relationship between operational performance, profitability, and overall business value
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration across teams and departments
  • Reinforce company values and promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement
  • Support and uphold organizational culture and guiding principles
Location: Carroll, Ohio
Schedule/Shift Details: Day shift


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably across multi-site or multi-division environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
  • Experience creating and implementing operational systems, processes, and performance metrics
  • Track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a fair and consistent approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational analytics; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus
  • Deep understanding of scheduling, resource planning, and operational workflows
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering a consistent customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, including labor trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
