Retail Clerk

Mancan Staffing is seeking a Retail Sales Clerk for our client in Milan, Ohio.

Duties:
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Assist customers in selecting paints, stains, brushes, rollers, and other painting supplies.
Mix and tint paint according to customer specifications using computerized color-matching equipment.
Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
Stock shelves, organize inventory, and replenish merchandise.
Load paint and supplies into customer vehicles when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and warehouse. Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments.
Follow all safety procedures for handling paints, stains, and chemicals.
Answer customer questions regarding products, coverage, application techniques, and project recommendations.
Assist with inventory counts and other store duties as assigned.

Customer Service Retail Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer and math skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn about paint products and color matching.

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Some Saturdays are Mandatory
Pay - $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience
