Family Medicine - Physician - Green Island, NY

Our organization is currently in search of a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the team at Riverside Medical Center located in Green Island, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

Riverside Medical Center, situated at 35 Lower Hudson Ave in Green Island, NY, is looking for a dedicated physician to enhance their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the communities we serve. Applicants must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.

• Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage.
• A physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee.
• Flexible scheduling options available - choose between a 3, 4, or 5-day work week.
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), offering an additional compensation source.
• Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students.
• Possibility of hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired.
• Leadership and administrative roles for physicians are available for those interested.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certified.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• DEA registration required.
• A strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups is essential.

Our organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Competitive salary range of $250,000 - $260,000.
• The stated salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• A starting bonus of $75,000.
• A retention bonus of $25,000.
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
