Our organization is in search of a full-time or part-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Troy Medical Group located at 720 Hoosick Road, Troy, NY. This is a fantastic chance to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.
The Troy Medical Group provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes: routine pediatric examinations (well-baby and well-child checkups, as well as physicals for school, camp, and sports); adolescent healthcare; general adult and geriatric medical care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes); treatment for illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions; preventive immunizations; cancer screenings; and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:- Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage.

Qualifications for this position:
- New York State licensure and DEA registration are required.
- Board Certification is necessary.
- Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates.
- A strong commitment to providing Primary Care for patients of all ages is essential.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGEWe provide a competitive base salary along with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 for full-time positions, pro-rated for part-time, with the opportunity to earn productivity from day one.
- The stated salary reflects the initial compensation range and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
- A signing bonus of up to $75,000 for full-time roles (pro-rated for part-time FTE).
- A retention bonus of $25,000 (pro-rated for part-time FTE).
- Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
