Location: Newark, DE
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to aid in the ongoing expansion of primary care services and accessibility initiatives throughout the Delaware region.
This full-service Family Medicine Center is dedicated to providing primary care to a medically underserved demographic in the Newark vicinity, with a particular emphasis on the Latino community. The practice prioritizes culturally competent care, supported by a bilingual team devoted to delivering inclusive, patient-focused services.

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for licensure in Delaware.

Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
Focus on preventive care and population health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Full-time position (36 patient-facing hours).
Flexible scheduling options available.
On-call duties (1:2 call schedule), phone-only.
