Family Medicine Physician - Caldwell Health Plaza

Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers. We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a dedicated team of 11 Family Medicine professionals in a newly constructed facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. We are open to welcoming residents and are looking for a new physician to enhance our team. The work schedule for this position includes 34 patient contact hours for full-time roles, with the flexibility to choose between a 4- or 5-day work week. Call responsibilities will be shared among eligible Family Medicine providers, approximately 1:40.

The Caldwell Health Plaza, which opened last fall, is now a thriving, fully operational facility that boasts state-of-the-art amenities. This Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient location directly off I-84. It provides comprehensive healthcare services for families, offering a wide range of services all in one place, including: Extended Hours Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, ENT, as well as onsite Lab, X-ray, and ultrasound services.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification, or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
