Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our expanding orthopedic team. We seek a surgeon proficient in a wide range of general orthopedic procedures, including fracture management, sports injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopy, and elective surgeries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. With robust institutional backing, dedicated operating room access, and extensive Advanced Practice Provider support, you will enter a position designed for immediate impact and long-term professional development.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
  • Eligibility to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
  • Comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise in general orthopedics
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
  • Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
  • Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
  • Potential to earn over $1 million annually
  • $100,000 recruitment bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000
