Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to become part of our Urology department. We welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates!

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM; options for both full-time and part-time roles are available.
• Clinic-based position with no on-call responsibilities!
• Located within a multi-specialty clinic connected to a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital.
• Serve a primary service area of approximately 260,000 residents.
• Facility includes a Level III Trauma Center with helicopter services.

Position Details

• Compensation: Starting salary of $114,000 plus a $25,000 recruitment bonus!
• Comprehensive benefits package, which includes malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and eligible for an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with medical staff privileges.
