Electrophysiology Cardiologist - $716,837 Base Salary + $150,000 Bonuses
Location: Waterloo, Iowa
Our organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to become part of a well-established and innovative cardiovascular team that specializes in advanced arrhythmia treatment. Position Highlights- Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for the initial two years
- Incentive Structure: Compensation based on production

Clinical Services Offered:
- Electrophysiology studies
- Radiofrequency and cryoablation procedures
- Pulsed-field ablation technology coming soon
- Conduction system pacing, including left bundle branch area pacing
- Implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and leadless devices
- Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
- Hybrid electrophysiology lab with advanced cardiac imaging
- Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
- Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), and ventricular tachycardia
- Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
- Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome)
- Complex device and ablation cases
