Job Responsibilities- Shifts typically run from 7 AM to 7 PM, with the possibility of on-call overnight duties.
- Work in an inpatient acute care hospital environment.
- Manage a patient population primarily consisting of cardiac and medical critical care cases.
- Benefit from on-site support from a night Advanced Practice Provider (APP) during overnight shifts.
- Perform essential procedures, including intubation, central line placements, and chest tube insertions.
- Experience in ventilator management and handling hemodynamic instability is necessary.
- Required to manage patients with multi-organ dysfunction.
- A minimum of 50 critical care inpatient encounters within the last 12 months is mandatory.
