Quick Facts Location: Houston, TX Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: 1099 Licenses/Certifications: Unrestricted CRNA License (State), ACLS, BLS, DEA Experience: Minimum 2 years Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $200.00/hour (all-inclusive 1099 Rate, weekly pay via direct deposit) - W2 Pay Package available by request Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide onsite anesthesiology services for a variety of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, plastic, ENT, urologic, podiatric, minor vascular, gynecology, endoscopy, dental/oral, and ophthalmologic surgeries. Ensure anesthesia care meets or exceeds national standards as per ASA guidelines. Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare patients and administer anesthesia safely. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed. Document all procedures accurately in compliance with VA and facility policies. Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures. Adhere to VA rules and regulations regarding clinic wait times and consult completion. What You Need Required: Unrestricted CRNA license in any state Board Certified CRNA by the American Board of Anesthesia Graduate from an accredited RN program (CCNE or AACN) or CGFNS for foreign grads ACLS, BLS certifications DEA license Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience Preferred: Experience working in a surgical or clinical setting with VA or similar facilities About the Assignment This role involves providing anesthesia services at a leading medical facility in Houston, Texas, supporting a broad range of surgical specialties.
