We invite you to become a full-time Urologist at our well-established Urology practice located in Richland, Washington. This is an excellent chance to engage in a wide variety of general Urology procedures while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative team. Experience a remarkable work-life balance in the picturesque and sunny Tri-Cities area.

  • Full-time role with a 4.5-day work week
  • Call schedule of 1:4, totaling 6 days per month
  • Collaborate with 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, supported by a capable staff
  • Access to strong mentorship and support
  • Equipped with 2 robotic systems, Urogynecology, and Aquablation technology
  • Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Annual compensation ranges from $511,699 to $674,990
  • Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available
  • The stated compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be offered to providers
