Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant.

    • Preferred: At least 1 year of oncology experience as a Physician Assistant.

    • Alternative qualification: A minimum of 3 years of oncology RN experience with current Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.

    • Note: Candidates who do not meet the oncology experience criteria will not be considered at this time.

  • Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in both Iowa and Illinois.

  • Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications within the scope of practice.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (H-1B cap-exempt sponsorship available).

Work Environment
Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional Oncology-experienced Physician Assistant to join our team of 4 Physicians, 2 Physician Assistants, and skilled clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive range of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Our collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotics), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate as a community-based hospital program with clinics located in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, and Silvis, Illinois.
