\nBranson Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit is similar to a cardiac/neuro tele floor, caring for patients with a higher level of acuity than those on med/surg floors. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-5 \n
\n
\nWe use a tiered level of acuity: \n
\n
\nGray rooms: These are designated for the more acutely ill patients. Nurses care for patients requiring BiPAP initiation, Optiflow, cardiac gtts, and insulin gtts. \n
\n
\nWhite rooms: These include patients with stroke, STEMI/NSTEMI, cardiac, respiratory, renal conditions, and ETOH patients on telemetry. \n
\n
\nAdditional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates \n
\n
\n$10,000 Sign-On Bonus \n
\n80 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off \n
\nUp to $3,000 Relocation bonus \n
\n$1.00 Certification pay \n
\n$1.00 BSN pay \n
\nCareer Ladder Bonus eligible up to $5,000 \n
