Job Description
Our organization is seeking a full-time academic Benign Gynecologist to become a part of our Division of Gynecology located in Burlington, MA. This is an excellent chance to join a growing team within a prominent academic medical institution. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in enhancing gynecologic care and a background in educating medical students, residents, or fellows.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with patients at our Gynecology office locations.
- Conduct procedures at our medical center and affiliated facilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the health system to promote women's and gender health care.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- A physician with a proven dedication to teaching and engaging in academic pursuits.
- A professional who is enthusiastic about working in a vibrant, multi-specialty group practice.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $275,000.00 USD – $350,000.00 USD. This range reflects the annual base salary that the organization reasonably anticipates paying for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, work location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible factors. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, including productivity and quality bonuses.
