Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our expanding orthopedic team. This is an exceptional chance to be a foundational member of a new orthopedic practice, allowing you to influence the development of our joint replacement program from its inception.
We seek a surgeon who is dedicated to complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty, focused on achieving outstanding patient outcomes, and enthusiastic about working in a supportive, collaborative environment. With a robust system infrastructure, dedicated operating room access, and strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), you will have all the resources necessary to cultivate a successful practice.

- Level III Trauma Center
- Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)
- Dedicated support from Advanced Practice Providers
- Excellent infrastructure with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty is preferred
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
- Ability to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a passion for total joints and revision procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Open to both graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Potential to earn over $1 million annually
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
