Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a practice situated in Mason City, Iowa.

  • Become part of a team that includes one seasoned DNP.
  • This role focuses solely on outpatient General Rheumatology, with no hospital patient visits required.
  • Experience a highly active practice environment!
  • Enjoy a manageable on-call schedule!
  • Engage in teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students.
  • Attractive compensation package, featuring:
    • An annual salary of $330,000 with a two-year income guarantee.
    • A bonus package totaling $120,000!
  • A relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes paid malpractice and tail coverage, reimbursement for licenses and registrations, $4,000 for CME annually, two retirement plans, a generous PTO policy, and much more! Benefits commence on the first day of employment.

This position is open to candidates requiring H1B Visas and J1 waivers.
