Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing outpatient team in Denver, CO. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric and adult patients. Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete evaluation reports, daily treatment notes, plans of care, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Independently manage your daily schedule while working collaboratively with a supportive clinical team.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Professional references required.
