We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Chicago, IL within the healthcare services industry. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative workflows, supplies, scheduling, and general office coordination.
- Support leadership and department teams with reporting, documentation, correspondence, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized records, office procedures, vendor communications, and internal administrative processes.
- Help coordinate front office activities and ensure a professional experience for staff, visitors, patients, clients, or external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, streamline processes, and support consistent administrative standards.
- Partner with internal teams to support compliance, confidentiality, and operational needs in a healthcare services environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Chicago, IL.
