Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician- Forest City, Iowa- $320,000 bonus

We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become a part of our outstanding care team in Forest City, Iowa.

Opportunity Highlights

• Traditional outpatient family or internal medicine practice, depending on the physician's training.
• Immediate patient load available, filling the position of a retired provider.
• Collaborate with a team of four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Participate in a call rotation of 1:5-6.
• Access to onsite lab, x-ray, EKG, behavioral services, and family counseling.
• Work alongside experienced Registered Nurses and office staff.
• Specialist outreach available, including Orthopedics and Podiatry.
• The clinic is conveniently situated just 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total bonus package of $320,000!
• Two-year income guarantee of $300,908 annually.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage, health, dental, and vision insurance, two retirement matching programs, a generous PTO policy, $4,000 per year for CME, and substantial reimbursement incentives!
• Internal employed providers are not eligible for the RHTP grant. However, MercyOne residents, fellows, and external candidates are encouraged to apply, with a five-year commitment required.
