BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Salary: $90,000-$112,000/year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments, FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor ABA-based interventions.
Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians.
Review data, track progress, and ensure quality of care.
Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license required.
Must be credentialed with Louisiana Medicaid and MCOs.
3-5 years of BCBA experience required.
Pediatric/adolescent ABA experience preferred.
Supervisory experience required.
Comfortable traveling between school and home/community settings.
