We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Cardiologist to become a part of our Michigan Heart Cardiology team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Work Schedule: Days/Weekends/On-Call
  • Work Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
  • Specialization: Cardiology
  • Teaching Roles: Yes - Involvement with Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
  • On-Call Requirements: Shared Call Coverage: 1:6
  • The general cardiology practice encompasses both inpatient and outpatient care, echocardiography, and additional cardiac imaging based on training and interests. Level 2 training in echocardiography is mandatory.
  • Inpatient and outpatient cardiology services cover the full spectrum of contemporary cardiology.
  • Engagement in teaching and clinical research is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • DEA registration
  • BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
